Where Learning Begins
At East Village Early Learning, we believe every child deserves a safe, nurturing environment where they can grow, explore, and thrive. Founded by two passionate educators with a shared vision for early childhood education, our center is dedicated to building strong, supportive relationships between children, families, and teachers. We understand that a child’s first learning experiences shape their confidence and love for discovery, and we strive to ensure that every child feels valued, respected, and inspired to learn each day.
We embrace a learning-through-play philosophy, recognizing that children learn best when they are engaged, curious, and having fun. Our play-based approach encourages creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration, helping children develop not only academic skills but also essential social, emotional, and physical abilities. By fostering a warm and inclusive atmosphere, we create opportunities for children to form meaningful connections with their teachers and peers—laying the foundation for lifelong learning and success.
At East Village Early Learning, our mission is simple: to provide a joyful, caring environment where every child can flourish and every family feels supported as part of our community.
Meet Our Chef Valeria
Children at East Village Early Education enjoy fresh, nutritious meals prepared onsite each day by our chef, Valeria.
Valeria brings over 15 years of experience across high volume venues, fine dining restaurants, industrial kitchens and international hospitality operations. She has also spent over seven years with the Merivale group, working as a Sous Chef at Totti’s in Bondi, where she developed a passion for fresh ingredients, quality cooking and nutritious meals.
Nourishing Growing Bodies & Confident Learners
We believe food is more than nourishment. It is an important part of children’s wellbeing, confidence and daily routine.
Our meals are freshly prepared onsite using seasonal ingredients that support children’s growth, energy and learning throughout the day.

Creating Positive Mealtimes
Mealtimes at East Village Early Education are calm, social and unhurried.
Children are encouraged to explore new foods at their own pace while building independence, confidence and positive relationships with food.
Educators sit alongside children during meals, helping create a warm and supportive environment.
Supporting Every Child
We work closely with families to support allergies, intolerances, cultural preferences and individual dietary needs, ensuring every child feels safe, included and supported each day.
Learning Through Everyday Experiences
Food is also part of learning.
Children may participate in simple food preparation experiences that encourage curiosity, independence and healthy habits from an early age.
